Customizations such as decals and ball colors are additional. Inflated Ball Pits cannot be set-up on top of gravel, dirt, or uneven surfaces. Area must be completely dry and flat with an available setup area of 8x8 ft. Ball pit requires a blower and must have access to a constant power source. Unable to setup in parks. A $50 refundable incidental security deposit is needed to reserve the event date. Ball pit can accommodate up to 3 babies/toddlers. Intended for children 3 years old and younger. Each booking includes: 5ft x 5ft White or PINK Inflated Ball pit (requires 8ft x 8ft setup area) Over 1,500 Jumbo Premium Balls White & Clear balls are included Up to 4 hour rental not including setup - Customization Decals —starting at $30 - Additional ball color splashes - $10
Política de cancelación
PLEASE NOTE, the security deposit is refunded after your event assuming rental agreement terms are followed and everything is returned in good condition. The refundable security deposit is not deducted from your invoice total. The total balance is due 7 days (1 week) prior to your event. If the total balance is not paid in full by the invoice due date, which is 7 days (1 week) prior to your event, Party Like A Toddler LLC reserves the right to cancel the unpaid party reservation, this will result in cancellation fee totaling the security deposit. The toddler area is for children crawling to ages 5 years old and under. Adults and older children are not permitted to play on the equipment intended for toddlers. Adults are only permitted onto the play area for the sole purpose of accompanying children in their care. Adult supervision is required. Cancellations fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will result in loss of the security deposit. Cancellations on the day of the event for any reason will not be fully refunded. There will be a cancelation fee of 25% of the invoice total AND loss of the security deposit.
