We provide service within a 50-mile radius from the West Valley, specifically zip code 85338 in Goodyear. The travel fee is determined based on the mileage and is $2 per mile, one way. The security deposit is refundable and serves as coverage for incidentals during your rental. This may include fees for deep cleaning, delivery obstructions, damaged equipment, or failure to follow the rules of play. On average, the deposit is fully refunded after the event if everything is in good condition during pick-up. The security deposit is separate from the invoice total and not deducted from it. The final balance must be paid 7 days (1 week) before your event. Once you complete your booking reservation with a $50-$75 security deposit, you will receive an invoice detailing the package cost, add-ons, and any applicable travel fees. No, currently, we do not offer setups in public parks. We do offer setups in HOA grassy areas (greenbelt) & community clubhouse areas.

Packages include 4 hour rentals with full equipment unloading & assembly which can take up to an hour. After your event, we disassemble and pickup all equipment, clean and sanitize everything. Additional rental hours are available please inquire if we are available. All play areas include mats enclosed by a gate to keep your little people safe. All packages have been thoughtfully created to supply different fun elements for all toddlers 5 & under. Our rentals allow you to create priceless memories with your babies during their most special birthdays! Little ones grow SO fast, which is why we love to provide a different & unique experience! The latest available pickup time for rental equipment is approximately 7:00pm. This allows for ample time to pack and load the equipment before it gets dark. If you have any questions or require a later pickup time, feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility. Our rental packages typically range from 4 to 6 hours long, with setup occurring 1 hour before the event timeframe begins. This ensures that everything is ready and set up for your event to run smoothly.

Play areas are for children 5 and under only. Adults must always stay and supervise. No food, drink or shoes are allowed in the play area Area must not get wet or be exposed to water. We can setup on grass, turf, pavers, hard ground or inside of a home or venue location. Can NOT setup on rocks, dirt or gravel. Area must be clean and flat. Safety rules are displayed on the play area and must be followed. By creating a booking reservation, you are agreeing to our rental terms and liability waiver. Party Like A Toddler LLC. is not liable for any injures or damages and it is the renters responsibly to provide suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them. Please reach out with any questions.

Everything will be totally clean and look brand new. We clean and sanitize everything immediately after each use, including all of the ball pit balls. We use eco-friendly and baby-safe disinfectant to maintain a safe and clean environment. Additionally, we refresh our inventory often and incorporate new items frequently to ensure our equipment is gently used.

At Party Like A Toddler, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your event. Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, the refundable security deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, please note that cancellations on the day of the event, for any reason, will not be fully refunded. This policy is in place due to the extensive preparation and planning that goes into ensuring your event is a memorable and successful one. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We will also work with you to to reschedule your event within 60 days as a result of the weather. (Subject to date availability.)
