The travel fee is determined based on the mileage and is $2 per mile, one way. Security Deposit due at bookingThe refundable security deposit covers incidentals like deep cleaning, delivery issues, or damage. It is separate from the invoice total and not deducted from it. The deposit ($50 or $75) secures your booking. The final balance is due 7 days before your event. If everything is in good condition at pick-up, the deposit is fully refunded. Cancellation and Reschedule PolicyCancellation Policy 14+ days before event: Full refund. Less than 14 days: Security deposit forfeited. Same-day cancellations: No refund. We invest significant preparation into each event, so we appreciate your understanding. Weather-related rescheduling is allowed within 60 days, pending availability. Is everything CLEAN?Everything will be totally clean and look brand new. We clean and sanitize everything immediately after each use, including all of the ball pit balls. We use eco-friendly and baby-safe disinfectant to maintain a safe and clean environment. Additionally, we refresh our inventory often and incorporate new items frequently to ensure our equipment is gently used.

Can we setup in PARKS?No, currently, we do not offer setups in public parks. We do offer setups in HOA grassy areas (greenbelt) & community clubhouse areas.
